Patients can anticipate a typical gain of anywhere between 1 and 2". The amount gained depends on several factors--such as length gain, which is dependent on the size of the pre-op penis. A larger penis will typically result in a bigger gain than a smaller penis since there is usually more inside the body that can be advanced.
